I visited with my wife for 2 nights. Our stay here was exceptionally good. The hospitality from the staff was exceptional. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is at the end of mall road and on a steep mountain. But the hotel provides shuttles for pick up and drop to go up and down the mountain which take hardly 2-3 minutes. The rooms were very spacious and clean. There was some noise coming to our room from at night from a compressor which was next to our room. The staff immediately offered us another room and they gave us the suite. The suite had a sunrise view and a huge balcony. The food there was really good. The breakfast had good enough option. They had hi-tea and snacks every evening in the terrace that they have with bonfire. With coffee and tea, they had multiple snacks as well. This was part of the room price that we had paid. On 30th December, they had fun activities planned during the hi-tea time. It was a very good vibe. We really enjoyed our overall stay. Would love to visit again.

Breakfast was a good spread of Indian and some continental. The views from the breakfast dinning area was spectacluar of the hills and mountain range at a distance. The location was a distance from the road givig it a quiet location with a view. This was made easy due to the pickup and drop to a convenient point on a phone call. The facilities provided for the guests were for all ages as tabletennis, pool table and many more. The support staff at the play centre were cooperative and played and guided the guests esp. Kavita, Pankaj and Ria. Comfortable stay...

- Breakfast had a good spread and live counters. - Rooms were clean and adequate in size. - Staff was warm and hospitable. - Activities organized for the guests. - Play area for kids with facilities like small rock climbing wall, ball pool with slide, table tennis, foosball table that were complimentary and snooker table, playstation and air hockey table that were chargeable.

Breakfast spread was reasonably good all the 3 days of our stay. The serving staff especially Shanker was noticed to have been taking extra care of all residents. Overall food was good enough. Rosemary terrace banquet place was a good experience. The live Karaoke music vocalist was good.
